We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:

• ✔️ Item must be returned in original packaging
• ✔️ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

❗ Please note: Personalized or custom-made items (including pet memorial products) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
